October marks the month of community-wide physical activity, thanks to the InMotion Community Challenge. Local service providers and various fitness facilities will be offering low to no-cost activities that will get you moving and feeling great. This year Prana has been invited to contribute to the offerings and would love to have you join us over the lunch hour for “Mindful Urban Walks” on October 5 & 21st. More details below.
